Start with the question, not the setup
The WebUI gives you a browser interface to AskNews research. Use it to explore a question, read a DeepNews response and follow its sources. It is a practical place to evaluate the data before bringing AskNews into your own application.
Research in front, the data behind it
What you do in the WebUI is research: ask DeepNews a question, or put a topic on a schedule with Alerts. What you see underneath is the platform's own data — the licensed articles behind an answer, and the entity relationships of the news knowledge graph the agent reasons over. It is the fastest way to judge the corpus before you call it from your own code.
Move from exploration to integration
The WebUI exposes a selected set of the platform, not every API capability. When you know what you want to build, choose the API, SDK, MCP or CLI workflow in the developer documentation.
What you can do in the WebUI
- DeepNews — ask a research question and read the synthesis with its citations and selectable models.
- Alerts — set up scheduled checks and recurring reports, and review the logs they produce.
- Alongside the research, the underlying data is on screen: the matching articles as AskNews returns them, and the entity relationships of the news knowledge graph that DeepNews draws on.
